Six kinds of work, one careful standard

From a single refreshed room to a larger renovation, and make-ready work that gets rental units ready for new tenants.

Selected work

A closer look at three projects, told the way we would walk you through them on site.

Interior Renovations

Marble-look fireplace wall

The fireplace wall is finished floor to ceiling in large-format marble-look tile, with a linear fireplace set low and a wall-mounted TV above.

Progress photos show new wood framing built around an old brick fireplace, cement backer board covering the wall floor to ceiling, and the large tiles set with leveling clips. The gallery also shows a second fireplace with its painted brick surround partly removed and new board on the wall beside it.

Kitchen Remodeling

Gray shaker kitchen with a waterfall island

Gray shaker cabinets with brass-tone pulls and glass-front uppers line the room, with a tall cabinet that holds a wall oven and microwave.

A white waterfall-edge island with gray veining sits at the center. A sage glass backsplash with under-cabinet lighting runs along the counters, and polished marble-look tile covers the floor. The gallery also shows a second gray shaker kitchen with white subway tile to the ceiling and a stainless range hood.

Bathroom Remodeling

Linear-tile tub surrounds with recessed niches

Two tub surrounds are tiled floor to ceiling in vertical linear tile, one in warm wood-look tones and one in textured gray.

Each has a recessed niche framed in metal trim. The gallery also shows a shower mid-build, with orange waterproofing membrane covering the walls, the niche and the floor around the drain before tile.
