What remodeling services does Malika Renovations offer?
Malika Renovations offers six kinds of work: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, interior renovations such as fireplace walls, new walls and shed interiors, and general remodeling, which covers patios, fences, entryways, make-ready work for rentals and some light commercial projects.
How much does a remodel cost?

Use the quick quote form on this site. Choose the project type, how much is changing and when you want to start, then add your contact details. Quotes are free, and we will get back to you to talk through the project.
What happens after I request a quote?
Malika Renovations reviews your request and any photos you send, then contacts you by phone or email to talk through the project. For most jobs, the next step is a visit to see the space with you, talk through the look you want and agree on the scope before work begins.
Can I send photos of my project?
Yes. After you send the quick quote form, email your photos to info@malikarenovations.com or text them to 469-383-2065. Photos of the whole room and of any problem areas help us understand the space before we talk.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on the scope. Painting a room or installing a new floor usually takes much less time than a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, and material lead times can matter too. Malika Renovations gives you an expected timeline once the scope of your project is agreed.
What should I expect while the work is happening?
Expect clear, reliable communication. Malika Renovations keeps you updated while the work happens, so nothing about your home is a surprise, and reviews the finished work with you before calling the project done.

Can you update my kitchen without a full remodel?
Yes. A kitchen update can be as focused as a new backsplash, cabinet hardware and paint, or as complete as new cabinetry, counters, lighting and floor tile. Choose refresh, partial remodel or full remodel in the quick quote, and we will talk through what makes sense for your kitchen.
Flooring
What types of flooring do you install?
Malika Renovations installs tile, including large-format marble-look tile, and wood-look plank flooring in homes and rental units. If you are deciding between them, tell us how the room is used and we can talk through the options.

Yes. Malika Renovations does make-ready work that gets rental units ready for new tenants, with repairs, touch-ups and paint.
